This bed installed in 1,2,3 and everything seems to work! Must say i was a bit apprehensive about buying a bed in a box, sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort. It took a few nites to find our right positions, but we are totally happy with our purchase!

I, too, had delivery issues with the bases for a split king arriving without the mattresses and tracking showing them going to another state. Communication that they were shipped from different locations would have been appreciated. But Customer Service was responsive and the mattresses arrived a few days later. Other than that, the set is so worth the wait! If it's a toss up between queen or split king, the split king (two twin XL) are way easier to handle. Adore the adjustable base (immediately helped with sinuses), absolutely love the mattress - the medium support is perfect for me, is way cooler than my old traditional one and my sleep quality is vastly improved. I did make sure I purchased breathable fabric for my linens and protectors. And before ordering, I checked prices and reviews on probably every brand, and this set is the best purchase that I have made in years for both quality, cost, and results: better sleep!

I believe I got a great deal on getting the bundle combo! Set up was easy, but if you can, have two peopleCarry the boxes in your house and set up. The base comes with the night light under the bed (I love the ambience it creates) and with plugins for your phone!! I love the fact that it is made in America!

The bed is soft and firm all at the time. I haven’t slept this well in years.

I have one GhostBed bundle already. I like it so much that I bought a second one. The quality and comfort of this bed tops all other beds I've slept on and I've been around over 70 years.

This is our second Ghostbed package and the first with the adjustable base. Love the comfort and durability of the mattress and the ease of the base.

I tend to over research everything I buy, and I took a bit of a risk buying this without trying it. That's not to day I regret it. It is every bit as comfortable as all my other options at a significantly lower price point.

The massage feature is a joke, all it does is vibrates. extra $$$$ was a waste. the lights don't come on automatically. all other features are great. the frame fits within my old headboard and frame.

After our beds were delivered, the setup process was very easy and quick. These beds are really comfortable and we’re glad we decided to buy them. Thank you for a good nights sleep.

Purchased last week and absolutely love it! Definitely no regrets. Can't say enough about the firmness and its cooling system. Its heavy so make SURE you have it going the right way while unrolling on the bed.
