This review is more based the delivery and initial impression of the products. I've barely slept in the bed so far, but that has nothing to do with the products. You see I failed to plan. It took me a bit to get help to set everything up, and then realized I didn't account for one of my cats who is a chewer of cables and cords. I had to build a fence under the bed itself. 🤦♀️Again nothing to do with ghostbed. Attention pet owners, don't be me. Have a plan.Will try to update after more sleeps.

This bed seemed like a great idea. It wasn't. the mattresses were too soft. They would constantly slide apart. Every morning I would wake up in the middle of both mattresses. It had so little support that our backs and hips hurt everyday. My husband hated it a week in to owning. I tried to convience him to try it for awhile. After 4 months we couldn't take it anymore.

I have bought a foam cooling mattress from Sams about 12 years ago in Cal King and loved it however when I moved I had an estate sale and sold it. I was looking an adjustable bed and wanted to downsize I bought a queen. The bed so far is fine for sleeping however I do not think it is a true queen size. I bought queen sheets from Sams at the same time and they are large for the bed. There other issue is the mattress is soft not sure how it will hold up over the years.

We love it! Ordered the split king medium with adjustable base and remotes for our beach cottage and it’s perfect! So much so that we have $10,000 !!!( Name brand ) mattresses and we are moving them to the guest bedroom at the cottage and ordering this set for our full time mattress/bed setup!

I, too, had delivery issues with the bases for a split king arriving without the mattresses and tracking showing them going to another state. Communication that they were shipped from different locations would have been appreciated. But Customer Service was responsive and the mattresses arrived a few days later. Other than that, the set is so worth the wait! If it's a toss up between queen or split king, the split king (two twin XL) are way easier to handle. Adore the adjustable base (immediately helped with sinuses), absolutely love the mattress - the medium support is perfect for me, is way cooler than my old traditional one and my sleep quality is vastly improved. I did make sure I purchased breathable fabric for my linens and protectors. And before ordering, I checked prices and reviews on probably every brand, and this set is the best purchase that I have made in years for both quality, cost, and results: better sleep!

I believe I got a great deal on getting the bundle combo! Set up was easy, but if you can, have two peopleCarry the boxes in your house and set up. The base comes with the night light under the bed (I love the ambience it creates) and with plugins for your phone!! I love the fact that it is made in America!

I didn't buy this from Sams, I bought directly from Ghost Bed. Sams at the time did not have this for sale. I wish they did because this price is $700 cheaper than what I paid direct. First, this is a great bed. Many foam, gel foam, memory mattresses tend to lose their edges support and they end up being impossible to sleep on as it eventually feels like your on a slant to the floor. This bed DOES NOT lose its support on the edges at all and I'm 240lbs. Its as good now as it was when I bought it 18 months ago. Some mentioned why the frame doesn't come with the mattress, its a different company and they will ship separate, but within a week of each other. The Frame is awesome and I highly recommend it as mine came with vibration. If you get heartburn a-lot or your partner snores, you will love the adjustable frame for those tough nights. Raise your head a bit and its gone and there is even a snore button for the frame. My wife and I are currently staying in Florida for 3 months and every day we miss our Ghost Bed. What a difference it makes in overall sleep.

This sleep experience is the best. Sleeping like I haven't in years. The massage mattress is a life changer. I researched this mattress and GhostBed. They receive high marks on Consumer Reports. As a side sleeper, I tossed my TempurPedic Adapt Pro Hybrid and Ergo base (only 3 years old!) and it's the best decision I've ever made. The Rodney in sales and Celia, the White Glove Coordinator, were both excellent to work with. The extra efforts were so appreciated. I am blessed to own this mattress. I purchased this bed as a bundle. Split king twin xl, on July 11, 2023. Fed Ex arrived today, July 18th with two adjustable bases. No mattresses. Sam’s customer service confirmed that we only received the bases and processed the order for a replacement. Now I have to wait another week to see if I get the entire bed in. In the meantime they send me a email to print out the return label and take these two heavy bases to Fed Ex. I’m the one out and all I get is this mess. I will never order anything else from them( Sam’s or Ghost bed)

I just received the king hybrid and my problem is the paperwork, instructions, and warranty. The warranty is stated as 25 years, but the paperwork states it is a 10 year replacement warranty and anything after that is prorated with the 11th year only a 50% refund with each year after that an additional 5% reduction. So really only a 10 year warrant, not a 25 year warranty. Second the instructions are basically useless. I can put anything together, but the instructions and pictures are ridiculous. The two cheap plastic pieces that hold the two beds together are like a child after thought and not explained very well how to install them. They fit like somebody didn't have time to make the proper piece. The cost of headboard brackets to attach a headboard is outrageous. I will make my own. I like the feel of the bed and hopefully it will sleep well.
