After our beds were delivered, the setup process was very easy and quick. These beds are really comfortable and we’re glad we decided to buy them. Thank you for a good nights sleep.

Got the signature hybrid mattress. May have to get a softer version, but giving it more time. I’m a side sleeper but husband is not, so.....I’m glad to dispense of pillows he needed to prop up at night. I’m glad he can find just the right angle he needs. Mattress covers are very well made! Glad I got them.

I've been trying to get comfortable with different mattresses, mattress toppers and anything else to ease my back pain. I saw this mattress online and my husband insisted upon getting the adjustable base with it. It was a godsend, I can adjust it for watching TV in bed, sleeping, and the night light feature with the LEDs under the edge of the bed makes it perfect. There were plenty of USB ports, the assembly was easy, it fit between the bed rails of the headboard and footboard on the queen size bed we already have. Used the maximum number of leg length screw-ins and it was perfect. It was delivered within the time frame indicated when I place the order.

The massage matress is a challenge. The phone app does not work with device. It is actually very frustrating. With the split king the two sides seem to cross wires on the remote side. We put stickers to make sure we didn't mess up. The air pockets are different. Still early but frustrated.

I was happily surprised when my husband's bed showed up several days early...or at least part of it. I received the frame only, but no mattress. So I called Sams online orders number. Usually, Sam's is great, but they hung up on my 3 times. I decided to try their chat line. They did respond but couldn't help me. They referred my case to a specialist team... I asked when they would contact me? I was told 48- 72 hours. I really need the bed for my husband. He's having back issues, and my son owns this bed and said it was great. I'll wait and see how it ends. Sams has always given me excellent service.

Ordered the split king adjustable bed. Recieved the bases but no mattresses. Sam's Club doesn't know where they are, so they had me call a number that deals with the mattresses. They don't know either but they charged my credit card. So frustrated! Think I need a refund and they can come get their bases.

Love the mattress, the adjustable frame and the massage feature. So relaxing and comfortable.

The bed frame has so many good features I'm so happy with it

I was really hoping for a soft mattress. They are a little bit too hard for my liking. I really might have to try the 101 night sleep EXCHANGE.
