Takes time to get used to...and forget putting sheets on these mattresses easily. Just maneuvering around on the bed is like wallowing in mud...very difficult. The bed is so heavy it's pretty much stationary after the helpers leave....and once you get into a spot on the be, you're there - tough to turn over if you're someone that does. Also using the frame that lifts the head and foot , if you lift the head it makes you slide down the mattress, until you're at the bottom of it. I think this will work for me, but it's taking getting used to - I came from 20 year old box springs/mattress Sealy.

It's been over 9 months of nightly use and it feels as good as day 1. The medium hybrid seems to be the perfect balance of soft plushness and support for my wife and I and of course we love the adjustability. Paired with cozy earth sheets and big blanket co comforter makes getting in bed the highlight of the day most days. Highly recommend!

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

We tried all the other popular memory foam beds-in-box, but none compared to Tempurpedic. We opted for the hybrid medium firmness and sleep like babies!

I have been using a Tempur-Pedic mattress since the year 2000, and have recommended it to many friends. I still love it, but moved from New York to California, so thought it was a good time for a new one. The new Tempur-Pedic mattresses all looked different--much thicker, and with a textured top instead of my old smooth one. But now with my new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm, my back stills says "Thank you!" when I lie down. When I invite friends to try it, they also say "Thank you!"

I had a salesman that apparently wasn't very knowledgeable. I have a really bad back and wasn't sure if I needed a medium or firm mattress. He had me lay on a firm lux breeze and it felt really good on my back. He said they lay the same. I've had mine for 3 weeks now I have slept on it maybe 3 hours. I went to a recliner first night on it. It was so hard I don't feel like I even made a indition on it. I can not sleep on it. But yet I have to keep it 30 days before I can return it. I've talked with several sales people but they all tell me they are talking to the manager and will call me back. I haven't received the first call back yet. He also had me lay on the smart ergo base with the wave massage I was so excited to be getting that base. Yet he ordered and they brought us out the base with only one massage motor. So it just kind of vibrates. I also called about this and I was told I can't return the base. I'm very very disappointed in Tempura pedic this was my dream to be able to actually afford one of these beds. But I will never again deal with this company. It could of just been a bad salesman but after calling for 3 weeks now. And not one call back from anyone not even the manager. I've had it with the entire transaction. If I can return it all including the base as well. I will purchase something else. Disappointed in Ky.

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

My experience at this store was beyond excellent if there was 10 stars I would give it to that store.Mike the manager at this store sold the bed to my wife and I he is very knowledgeable about the product .He knew everything there was to know about all of the temperpedic line.I love my bed very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Split King with adjustable base: Excellent comfort whether sleeping, reading, watching TV, etc. Definitely worth spending the extra to get the Ergo Extend Adjustable Base so that when you adjust to a more upright position neither you or your mattress slide down toward the foot of the bed. And the mattress does not sleep "hot". (We had the original Tempurpedic mattress for many years and loved it, but decided to upgrade to the adjustable series, which is excellent.)

This mattress was a great purchase! Both my wife and I suffer from back pain and this firm mattress that adjusts has improved our sleep tremendously! We love that we can adjust the height of both the head and feet....this allows pressure to be taken directly off of the lower back. The firmness of the mattress did take a night or 2 to adjust to, but we are so happy with our decision.
