This bed is a lifesaver! We were worried about purchasing a bed online and with the pandemic, not able to go to a store a lay on it, gave me anxiety. After many months of researching we finally decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Firm. Purchasing online was easy and customer service was great with all our questions about delivery protocol. When they delivered they wore masks, gloves and booties! Took our old mattress away and all the packaging! The first night was the best sleep I have had in years! The bed is cool, firm and contouring. Firm but not too firm. I was having a ton of lower back/hip pains with our old bed. We have had our Tempur-ProAdapt bed for two months now and I am still getting restful pain free sleep.

Being in the same room as it... impossible not to be drawn to it and lay down in the bliss of tempur-comfort! Combined with the Ease Base and watch out, you'll never want to be anywhere but bed again. Five stars!

Due to my spine stenosis, initially I bought a hard mattress which worse my pain. After 30 days , choose between Medium and Soft, and I switched to a soft one and the difference is huge. Much more comfortable, seems you are sleeping almost floating . I think it will get even better. Glad I did buy a soft Temper-Pedic

It is a firm/medium feel. You can sleep close to the edge without falling off. My back pain is much less then before. But not totally gone. I have only been sleeping on it for about a month. The big question is, was it worth the money? If you have an extra $4,000 it would be fine. I wouldn't go into debt to get one.

I knew I wanted a bed that could accommodate all sleeping positions, but be on the softer side. I think this is a perfect choice for people that fall under the same sleep category as me. Pros : Very comfortable, good edge support, great white glove delivery, classic memory foam sinking feel, but easier mobility and bounce due to the hybrid springs. Cons : You never want to leave your bed, probably a bit pricey, my mattress had a pretty strong off gassing oder that lasted for about 2 days. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and have been getting good solid sleep. My only regret is not spending the extra money for the lux adapt to get that extra softness I was looking for.

It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

Poor. Mattress literally lists from one side to the other. Sent picture of the mattress with a level on the surface showing how lopsided it was. Warranty claim was refused. Do your research about filing warranty claims. I wish I had before I purchased. And I've been a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer for years. No more.

We've had this mattress for going on two years, and have hoped that it would get softer and more comfortable in time. It has not, my girlfriend are having back problems and do not get a restful sleep. And it's only gotten worse the longer we use this mattress. I tried to exchange for a softer mattress but the warehouse employee encouraged me not to as the bed would improve over time. It hasn't, and too much time has passed, so now I'm stuck with a mattress with both hate.
