We replaced our old Tempur-Pedic firm memory foam which was 13 years old. Still adjusting to the new hybrid mattress but am convinced it is easier for my spouse to get out of bed than the old memory foam only. In addition, it is much more comfortable on my shoulders and hips so believe the coil springs help relieve some of the pressure. Only possible shortfall is that the edges are not as firm as the old memory foam but it has not caused any issue for us yet. Probably could have given it a 5 but want to wait and see how well it holds up. It's very expensive so would like to get at least 13 years out of this mattress.

As purchasing a mattress is a very big decision, like most, we spent quite a long time trying out many different brands and firmness levels. Tempur-Pedic is in a league of its own. The medium-hybrid pro-adapt has the perfect amount of firmness (and we tend to learn towards a more firm mattress) while still providing the comfort needed for a good nights sleep. The delivery of the mattress was seamless and we have enjoyed each night slept since we received the mattress. It does take a few weeks to get used to the feeling of the mattress as it is different from what we were accustomed to. I highly recommend this product to all and firmly believe it is worth the investment. We will have and enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

We have only had it two weeks. It took about a week to start getting used to it and now It is very comfortable. Easy to turn over and get out of the bed. It has more softening up to do, but we are already saying it is a keeper. It seems to be good at supporting our backs. I think it is a good compromise between a regular mattress and the other temperpedic mattresses we tried.

This time we decided to go Tempurpedic as we heard they had a hybrid and that they had perfected keeping you cool. To date we are pleased with our purchase. it's worth the extra cost for the hybrid. Best mattress purchase we've made in many years. I thought the price of our new mattress was a little more than what we were willing to pay, but, we took a leap of faith... The wife and I can't believe how we no longer toss and turn during our sleep... Well worth the money... We'll not own anything else...... It has eliminated my wife's hip joint pains... We also purchased the adjustable platform and it has helped with my acid reflux that happens when I eat spicy foods too late... What can I say? We know we bought well..... Thanks

It helps me sleep so much more soundly and my back doesn't hurt when I wake. I love everything about this mattress - comfort, cooling affect, firmness, and support for my body.

Our first mattress sagged after 4 years and super uncomfortable. Our warranty replacement is just as awful and painful to sleep in. Haven't had a good night sleep in 5 years. My husband now has sciatica and hip issues due to this awful bed. Do not waste your money on this awful product. The worst mattress ever. It is not comfortable

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I would constantly wake up with back pain, toss and turn throughout the night, and just could not get a good nights sleep. My wife and I were reluctant to get a new mattress. From what I am reading, it takes some time to break in. If you prefer a firm mattress, this is the one for you. It's very very high quality and I have had pretty great sleep so far.
