I had my first ever major accident at home and needed back surgery, when I came home after discharge I tried to love our mattress we had, but after 11 years of that mattress it was the most uncomfortable one yet lol. My wife and I went mattress shopping and we forgot how much these things were lol, so we sat, laid, roll, and felt a lot of mattresses. With all that being said my back chose this one, all I can say is wow at the price tag and wow at the mattress. We figured we don't go mattress shopping often why not invest in great sleep and comfort? We are so glad we did this mattress is amazing on comfort, my wife and I seriously only slept for like 5-6hours a night, but this thing seriously knocks us out till the kids come running in lol. I would recommend this brand to every shopper out there. P.S. my back is doing so much better from this bed thank you again tempurpedic.

I purchased a twin pro adapt firm mattress from mattress firm and they claimed it was sold to a customer that returned it within a week. After having the mattress for a short while, I realized there was a very soft area compared to all other areas on the mattress. Mattress firm did not resolve the problem as they have pathetic"customer service". I called tempur pedic and spoke with Glenda who works in the escalation department. She looked at pictures and agreed that there is no way that a mattress I purchased in Sept 2023 had a manufactured date in 2021. Glenda also stated to me that she can see why I had this huge problem because she looked at all the pictures I emailed. Tempur pedic also turned their back on me so I'm stuck with an expensive mattress with an area that doesn't support my back and would never recommend this product to anyone!

We have had the bed for about 3 weeks. I have disk issues. If my back is bothering me at the end of the day, the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid cures it and I'm ready to go in the morning. Most comfortable nights sleep. What more could I ask for. Love everything about it.

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. We purchased two twin Xl mattresses, one firm for me and a soft one for my husband. I love a firm mattress and this one hasn't disappointing me. I really enjoy the adjustable base and from the first night of use I haven't experience any backaches. I do find that the soft one that my husband uses is a little too soft. He has had some back pain, which he had experienced long before buying the new mattress and I attribute it to the mattress being too soft. He loves the adjustable base as well. We have only had the mattress for under 3 weeks. We are still testing it and he might end up exchanging for a medium firmness but he isn't sure yet of what he will do. Buying from City furniture gives us the option for a small fee exchanging it for a different firmness.

We selected the "firm" as per in store examples and seemed to be okay and comfortable, The mattress that was delivered is as hard as our floor. We added a topper which did not help. After 3 weeks I have finally created a somewhat softer area that I stay within but getting up is more like climbing out! My wife has since moved to the sofa as she has prior back issues. This is the worst excuse for a mattress ever created!

I really like this mattress. It is very comfortable, and I no longer have back pain when waking up in the morning and my arm doesn't wake me up at night because it went numb. This is the most expensive mattress I've ever purchased but it is also the most comfortable and for that reason, I would purchase another one.

Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.

Our mattress was past the 10 year mark but lost comfort years prior. It's nice to sleep through the night not having to get up because my hip and shoulder ache. My husband loves having the head and feet up, i love just putting the head up a notch! I like to hit the ground running and this bed is helping me get back there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought the pro adapt medium hybrid in a king. Our 10+ year old spring mattress was leaving me achy every morning, would wake up feeling like I got punched all night. Now those aches and pains are gone, baby! Tempur pedic so supportive it just contours your body and hugs you. Now... the down side - this mattress sleeps warm, I had no idea coming from a traditional mattress. We just put new bamboo sheets on last night and they are feeling cooler. We have a few more days to decide if we want to exchange to a luxe breeze - they are expensive but we might. Probably worth it if you're a hot sleeper, I would suggest their breeze line.
