Bought the pro adapt firm model and just don't love it . Too firm ... wish we would have gotten the medium one . Missed out exchange window and was told there is nothing they could do. Very disappointed since we spent so much money on it . Was hoping they would let us exchange it at least .

Correct height, very sturdy frame, and mattress form fits to body. So comfortable. I love the support system too. It is easy to use, and having my back and feet up is a lovely way to start my day with coffee and end my day with a good book.

So far using the adjustable bed in the zero gravity position has help me sleep more comfortable. I'm still not sure about the firmness. It seems to be extra firm. I'm wishing I had gotten a softer mattress. Overall, this mattress is much more comfortable than the previous I own. The thing I don't like about it is the smell. It still has this chemical smell even after 30 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tempur-pedic before and when it came time to replace the mattress I knew it would be another. The firm is spectacular and feels so nice. If you like the feel of the bed when it's cold out then that is how the firm is permanently. Highly recommend it! I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer than I did even on my prior tempur-pedic which was a "medium."

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an illness I needed a softer mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. As a kid, I always fantasized about getting a Tempur-pedic mattress, so once my husband started to complain about his back hurting on out 12 year old mattress, I knew what we needed to do. We went in for the hype of the purple mattress, but when that fell short in our support category, we started trying out the temper-pedic. The pro adapt firm, is FIRM, SO SUPPORTIVE. The first time I laid on it I laughed because it was so stinking hard, but after we crawled around "hands and knees" as directed by our salesman. I can say that this bed feels like it was MADE for me. It is so supportive but is forgiving in all the right spots!

After countless hours of reading and watching videos and listening to experts, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Tempurpedic bed. I'm an every position sleeper, I find myself sleeping flat on my back, on either side, or on my stomach at any given time in the night. Because of this the medium firmness hybrid seemed like the best fit for me. The order and shipping process was painless, and I was set to get my new mattress faster than I had imagined. From the first night I had it, the mattress has really been perfect in every way. It was immediately the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, hands down. Any position I lay in, I'm immediately comfortable. You don't sink too far into the foam so you feel trapped, but you also sink just enough to feel the real support the foam can provide. The springs underneath really help when it comes to moving or adjusting (or certain adult activities), way better than a strictly foam mattress. I'm a very hot sleeper, and I was worried the mattress and or cover would be too much and make me a sweaty mess. Surprisingly, its a very very cool mattress that doesn't have the issue of becoming a smoldering hot mess after an hour of laying in it, like other foam mattresses do. I've now owned the mattress for about a year (maybe more? maybe less? covid has warped my perception of time) and it has really only improved with time. It softened up a bit, but not much. Just enough to provide some seriously prime levels of comfort.

Excellent sleep on new mattress I've dealt with a lower back problem of herniated disks for years and had a tempurpedic 12 in mattress for about 17 years and noticed it needed replacing this new mattress is a firm and we both love the sleep we've had thanks for awesome product
