Can't get the lid off. I tried. Husband tried. Tried rubber grip with no luck. Tried gentle tapping on the lid with knife handle with no luck. There is no outer safety seal to remove. How do you get the lid off???

DELIVERY: POOR! Item was left at closed garage! Found morning after delivery. It was visible to passers-by on the street. The other items were left at front door. THIS WAS NOT THE 1st TIME!

The cap was so difficult to open. Neither me nor my son could open it. Nothing we did worked. And when I tried to return it, it broke and cut my finger. What a terrible product.
