Hard to get lid off and when my son FINALLY did there was a very vague smell of ginger. A hint if you will. Product was more brown than yellowish. Will not purchase again

DELIVERY: POOR! Item was left at closed garage! Found morning after delivery. It was visible to passers-by on the street. The other items were left at front door. THIS WAS NOT THE 1st TIME!

Can't get the lid off. I tried. Husband tried. Tried rubber grip with no luck. Tried gentle tapping on the lid with knife handle with no luck. There is no outer safety seal to remove. How do you get the lid off???
