I'm a terrible sleeper in general, so was skeptical if a mattress could really make any difference. After trying beds from a few other brands, I was pretty sure that was the case. Then I tried the new Tempur bed and have noticed a huge improvement in how rested I feel the next day. No more waking up when my wife moves around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Tempur Pro-Adapt, Medium Hybrid. I have never owned a mattress with such support. You can really feel the difference in quality with this mattress then compared to others at a department store. The mattress itself is HEAVY to cary, but that just goes to show how much goes into this mattress to alow us to sleep comfortably. I am a side sleeper and normally I cannot sleep on my back. However, with this Tempur mattress I am able to sleep in ANY position, even on my stomach. My boyfriend has back pain often and not just one spot. Ever since I bought this mattress he has not complained about back pain since. It has been months since I purchased this mattress and I am so glad that I did. If you want to invest your money in a great product that will last you years, this is it.

I've actually enjoyed this mattress more than I expected to. My previous experiences with memory foam haven't been great, since I tend to sleep warm. But I've been very comfortable with the ProAdapt despite the weather getting warmer. As a side sleeper I prefer a softer plushier mattress and this has been doing the trick. It's soft enough to not cause me hip and arm/shoulder pain from being on my side, but still very much supportive enough. I'm very happy with it!

We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

It took me about a week to get used to this mattress. The first night I could hardly fall asleep, and then the next few nights it took longer than normal, and I worried I had made an expensive mistake. But now that I'm used to it I'm sleeping much better than I did before and my back & neck pain have diminished.

This bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I sleep better than ever and have less pain than I have had in a long, long time. It forms to every curve right away so falling asleep is easy. It's difficult to get out of in the morning, only because it is so comfortable.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.

I'm 6'2", 270. larger than your average human man. I have chronic lower back issues. For many years, I urged my partner to get a Tempur-pedic and he finally agreed after seeing many videos about the new cooling cover. We got it about 30 days ago and my first thought was that it was too firm. Now I feel it's just right. PERFECT for both of us, actually. I hope it lasts, that is my only concern, as it's pricey.

Mattress is sagging! They allow a form on line take pictures of receipt, take pictures of the bed and last turn your mattress over and take a picture of a tag! We are elderly it's hard. The store we bought it from doesn't help! They don't carry the warranty! Great! It's only 4 years old and it's sagging at the bottom of the bed. After 3 calls to warranty a nice women suggest we get a mail in warranty not on line because the pictures I took on my phone I didn't know how to make them smaller ! So frustrating

I tried to save money 6 years ago and bought a level down from beauty rest. Good mattress but started sagging. I KNEW at the time it was a bad move and did it anyway. Hence, 6 years later, i bit the bullet and bought my Tempurpedic. Costly lesson, but now I sleep so comfortably! Don't make the same mistake I made... START with Tempurpedic!
