Soft version is incredible for smaller folks and cushions the body very well. I could not lie down on my back for very long on my old foam Amazon mattress without having back pain. And even on my side, I'd get pelvic pain if laid too long. This mattress conforms to my body like a cloud and I don't feel like getting up!

Had the previous Tempur-Pedic for 11 years and loved it, so did not even look at other mattresses when looking to buy a new one. Went to the same store where we bought the first one. It was in our home in about 10 days and hope for another 10 years of good rest and sleep.

I think my Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt has a secret feature that no one told me about... it rocks me to sleep! Seriously, my nightly routine used to be getting in bed, turning on the TV, and scrolling through TikTok for a while. I had plans. The bed had other plans. Now I lay down thinking, "I'll just watch one video..." and the next thing I know, it's morning. I don't even make it through a single episode anymore. My spouse and I are absolutely in love with this mattress. It's so comfortable that it should come with a warning label: "May cause unexpected naps and complete abandonment of your evening entertainment."

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress since 2006. I love the updates of this ProAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress since it has both foam and coils which gives you better support, particularly on the sides of the bed. It has taken me a bit to adjust to, however after about 2 months I am getting more used to the bed. I've given it a 4 Star bc of this. I'm sure that in another month or so, I will write another review with 5 Stars! The Tempur-Pedi Flagship store in Brownwood Square (in The Villages, FL ) Casey, Jeff and rest of her team, I give a 5 Star plus. I did have issues with the Ergo Pro King base, but that was resolved fairly quickly. The only thing that could be better is if the Remote would light up once you pick it up. :)

My experience with the mattress so far has been okay. It is comfortable, but nothing special; especially for the price. This mattress should be cheaper for the amount of comfort that it offers. I feel for the price there are better options out there. I would not buy again or recommend unless one can buy it for much cheaper.

We have 5 Tempur-Pedic mattresses and one of them split and is coming apart. We sent pics to warranty, the warranty dept. claims there are stains on the mattress cover (there isn't any stains) it's a fabricated lie by the warranty dept. No body has come out to look at the mattress and Tempur-Pedic is standing behind the fabricated lie that there are stains. Even if there were stains this mattress is coming apart right where the mattress bends when you set the bed up using the adjustable base. The Tempur-Pedic warranty is garbage, and the company doesn't stand behind the quality of the product.

Tempurpedic missed the mark with this version. It held up less than 6 year. Mattress became saggy. You can feel and hear the springs when turning in bed. It does not provide a good night sleep. Very disappointed. My original Tempurpedic mattress was Soo much better. Tempurpedic did not stand behind the warranty.

Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks, finally did and now I've been waiting over a week to get an answer on whether or not they will replace my defective mattress. It came all curled on one side and I had to submit a warranty claim though it was delivered this way, had to submit many pictures of my bed frame and they were trying to say the curling was because of the foundation after I told them it came this way.
