We love our split king pro adapt medium hybrid. I also love the pillows we ordered. We got 2 king size from the cloud collection. It was the $200 one with cooling technology. We also got the 2 for $99 cloud cooling regular size for between my knees. The customer service is awesome. We had a celebrity mattress that was discontinued. It was causing back pain. They refunded the price that was paid 9 years ago to go toward a new mattress. I highly recommend tempurpedic. I love the cooling technology!!!

I was having pressure point pain for years on my old mattress. From night one, my pain was eliminated. My husband was skeptical and wasn't as excited as me, but one week in he admitted it was the best mattress he's ever slept on. I love the fact that you don't feel your partner moving during the night. Nothing bad to say about this mattress . Best purchase I've ever made!

We had recently purchased a Sleep Number bed/foundation that we were very unhappy with. We returned it and immediately purchased a Tempurpedic. We had looked at them several times prior to the Sleep Number bed. We are now thrilled and sleep great with the bedding.

In making a decision, we were determined to research all available mattresses. The choices were mind-numbing and very confusing. In the end, however, we reverted to our long time preference to buy only the best. Tempur-Pedic is the brand we had always heard WAS the best. The rest was easy. We had recently purchased an 8K TV for our bedroom, so we chose the Tempur-ProAdapt medium hybrid split king, together with the Tempur Ergo split king adjustable base. Everything about the purchase process was 5-Star, and we now look forward to a great night's sleep, each and every night. We could not be more satisfied!

I purchased a twin pro adapt firm mattress from mattress firm and they claimed it was sold to a customer that returned it within a week. After having the mattress for a short while, I realized there was a very soft area compared to all other areas on the mattress. Mattress firm did not resolve the problem as they have pathetic"customer service". I called tempur pedic and spoke with Glenda who works in the escalation department. She looked at pictures and agreed that there is no way that a mattress I purchased in Sept 2023 had a manufactured date in 2021. Glenda also stated to me that she can see why I had this huge problem because she looked at all the pictures I emailed. Tempur pedic also turned their back on me so I'm stuck with an expensive mattress with an area that doesn't support my back and would never recommend this product to anyone!

Our bed is the best mattress we have ever slept on. This is a huge statement coming from me because I used to work in sakes & I sold mattresses. We have tried several different brands & Tempurpedic is the best mattress by far. Om just sirry that we didnt buy one sooner. When we upgrade to a King size bed it will be a Tempurpedic. The massage feature is wonderful. It helos with circulation. Also the light underneath allows you to find your slippers & guide your path to and from your bed in the night. The comfort is Heaven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great night of sleep! Took about a week to get used to a memory foam mattress but now that I have I wouldn't go back. The Hybrid feature is great so you don't sink too far in and can get out of bed easily.

My husband and I purchased the Tempur-pedic adjustable bed on the advise of my Dr. We decided on the Adapt-Pro Luxe soft mattress. It was well worth taking his advise! I have joint/muscle issues and this bed truly does seem to take a lot of the stress off the body. I slightly elevate the head to sleep and NO sleep issues! Anyone having acid reflux will benefit from the elevated head. I have had several nights that I will sleep 5-6 hours without waking once. This is awesome for me! My husband claims he is more comfortable on this mattress than he has ever been before...waking totally pain free. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone having pain sleep issues. It is a horrible expense, but well worth the money involved. As for the temper-pedic support folks....they were great helping us solve a child lock shutdown on one of our remotes. I give this product a full thumbs up for sleep comfort.

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.
