I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. I'm still working the mattress in but can already feel it coming along. It is extremely comfortable. I do not notice being hot or it retaining heat at all! I would recommend this to anyone with oresurre point problems especially a side sleeper like myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im so grateful for the opportunity to review the Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, queen size mattress. Well let me start on why my husband and i are now experts on mattresses. My husband is a 250lb powerlifter and we have recently in 4 years gone through 2 mattresses. 3 mattresses in 7 years if you want to get technical. On his side of the bed where he initially sits down our past mattresses would indent after only a year or so. Also on mattresses we bought prior and spent thousands my husband always said his lower back would hurt in the morning and it would sag under his weight. Not to mention he would always say he couldnt ever get a mattress that was comfortable for his size. This Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, Queen is absolutely worth every dollar. This is the 1st time in almost a decade where he actually sleeps soundly through the night. When he plops down on this mattress it doesn't shake my side of the bed causing me to spill my coffee. This mattress is magically good with its "proAdapt" technology, we both could feel the quality on the very 1st night. It's supportive for him and comfy for me and I'm 120lbs. So for us to find a mattress that works for us is simply amazing. We wish we knew about poAdapt mattresses sooner. We couldn't be happier!

This mattress is way too firm, actually it's hard. It is like sleeping on the floor. I really hope to fall in love with it but I'm having my doubts. I've read that there is an "adjustment" period, but I don't know if that means the bed will soften up or that I will get use to the hardness. The sample at the store was firm but very comfortable and I could feel it contouring to my body, but my bed did zero contouring. I am very disappointed but it has only been one night. Actually the idea of having to adjust to a bed is a bit ridiculous. i don't know if I can exchange the bed for Medium firmness but I may try. Remember too that the mattresses at the store have been repeatedly sat and layed on so over time they soften up. I don't have that sort of time, plus I weight 170 and I sleep alone so will my body weight alone soften the bed up enough for me to really find comfort and joy my expensive purchase. Overall the bed is beautiful and well made. Quality is top of the line.

I am writing this review because my Tempurpedic mattress has changed my life. I have suffered from insomnia most of my life and I have had difficulty falling asleep. This all changed in a few days on my new mattress and split adjustable base. I'm not only sleeping throughout the night, but I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Thank you to Susan who was extremely patient showing us different mattresses's and also the adjustable base. Its rare to have someone spend that much quality time with my wife and I reviewing the different mattress's. Thank you Susan and thank you Tempurpedic.

I was shopping around in stores for the perfect mattress when I tried the Tempur ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. As soon as I laid down on the store mattress, I knew this was the one. I've had this mattress for about a month and it's been amazing. The mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft that I was looking for. I have a lot of pain in my hips and this mattress really has been helping out with that. If you're looking for a perfectly balanced mattress, this is it.

As a kid, I always fantasized about getting a Tempur-pedic mattress, so once my husband started to complain about his back hurting on out 12 year old mattress, I knew what we needed to do. We went in for the hype of the purple mattress, but when that fell short in our support category, we started trying out the temper-pedic. The pro adapt firm, is FIRM, SO SUPPORTIVE. The first time I laid on it I laughed because it was so stinking hard, but after we crawled around "hands and knees" as directed by our salesman. I can say that this bed feels like it was MADE for me. It is so supportive but is forgiving in all the right spots!

We've had the bed for 5 months and my chronic back pain is gone. Before I got this bed I would go to bed in constant pain due to arthritis. Since I got this bed nightly back pain is gone. It took me awhile to get used to the feel (a couple weeks) but once I was used to it, it was great! This bed is worth the price.

When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. Cool and comfortable.
