The mattress is very comfortable, occasionally warm, but not bad at all regarding temperature. We were using it with a mattress pad, but decided to not use the pad and just clean the cover every so often; good decision. Also, the cool contour pillows are excellent. A good investment overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slipped disc in my back and compressed vertebrae in my neck- all the drs, chiropractor and physical therapy have been ineffective. The only change came from sleeping on this bed every night. Absolute game changer.

The 1st night slept great-much more support than our 3-year old Cloud Supreme (a soft-medium mattress), The next few weeks were not as great, had traded in my neck pain for shoulder pain. Switched to a higher and firmer Bamboo pillow and that has surely helped. Wife has found new mattress better for her lower back. Overall, an improvement, Verdict is still out whether we will keep it or switch to the medium ProAdapt model.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. only been about 3 weeks & not regretting; firmness is great but contouring is even better! once we followed recommendation of fitted sheets w/elastic all the way around, slipping/sliding of sheets become much less noticeable during husband's movement

It was nice and plush the first few months. Now it has turned into a brick. I get pain in my heels just laying on my back for 5 minutes. It is ridiculous how bad the pressure point relief is. The worst mattress I've ever used. I get horrible sleep, aches all over no matter the position. And now it has started the flake a white snow when I change the sheets and mattress cover. Probably not good to be inhaling white mattress flakes while I sleep. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not be lulled in by the initial comfort that will wear out just after the return period ends. What a waste of money.

The firmness of the ProAdapt is taking some getting used to, but it is getting much better. My husband is sleeping better than he has in years. He has back issues and has not been able to stay in bed all night, but that has changed with this Tempur-Pedic mattress. Highly recommend it!

My husband is a stomach sleeper so the only choice was the Pro-Adapt Firm. I was nervous it would be TOO Firm and not my comfy Tempur-pedic I had grown to love. We went to the store just so we could try everything thing out to be sure. We are 30 days in and I love it. Well, we BOTH love it. We got the adjustable base as well and I think everynight I say to my husband...I LOVE OUR BED!!

After the first night no back pain. A mattress that support me perfectly. The mattress was super firm at first, but after about a week it soften to feel like the one that was on display. I love how I can sit on the edge and not slide off. I am happy with my purchase ☺.
