Just a couple of sips and i already feel full it’s not too sweet, and leaves me feeling satisfied. It’s made of pea protein and pumpkin seed protein. Plant based. The texture is smooth and thick. But the taste itself was lackluster. I was able to taste the soy/plant protein and i was not the biggest fan of it. But considering what it provides, it makes up for it. It comes in a tetrapack so long shelf life is guaranteed here.

This was super thicky, gloopy, semi-liquid chunks with bad flavor. Tried to pour in glass and it comes out in globs. One of the worst protein shakes I have tried. Couldn't even manage to drink a full one. So tried second one.. and poured into glass and tried to stir very well and still couldn't drink it... has to be watered down but then still tastes horrible. Pay more and get a better one.

First, the ingredients are what I was looking for. No artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, or preservatives. No sugar alcohols, sweetened only with monk fruit. And no soy! Nice balance of protein & fiber. Also, the consistency is perfect, not grossly thick like other products. I don't want to feel like I'm drinking a melted milkshake! Seriously, try these. I think you too will be impressed.
