It definitely tastes chemically altered. I don't like it. What I ever buy it, No I wouldn't. It's 200 calories and has 32 g of protein.

It was effective and gave him energy during work out as he used it as a pre work out supplement the source is protein basd and non GMO which is good the texture is thick which suprised us its a sweet chocolate flavor had no issue digestine it, he said he woudl rate 3.5 but more like a solid 4 and he would buy! I can’t drink it to me I taste the Stevia and that’s it. My fiancé on the other hand to him taste like chocolate coconut which he loves. So definitely depends on taste preference.

It is a little bit thick if you drink it directly from the carton. I usually pour a Nespresso double shot of espresso over ice and mix in the OWYN shake. I've stopped using creamer and adding stevia to my coffee since I started drinking these shakes. Having 32 grams of protein in the morning helps with brain fog and it's very filling. Great product!

Well hold on to your butts....when I took the first swig of this drink my mouth immediately revolted. I even smelled it to make sure it hadn't gone bad but it smelled fine. I tried giving it another shot but it was a big NOPE! This was in front of my coworkers in a meeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN Chocolate protein shake was a lifesaver, this was super helpful because I was about to be late for work and didn’t have enough time to make breakfast so I brought some fruit and this protein shake. It tastes amazing served chilled and remember to shake it. The packaging was super sophisticated and I liked the colors. I did not expedience any lumps or issues. Notably, this was gluten free and dairy free, I will be sure to stock up next time I get groceries.

I have had other plant based protein shakes and they were horrible especially the aftertaste. The aftertaste on this OWYN was good still an aftertaste but not horrible or pea yucky. I would definitely purchase and recommend OWYN plant based protein shake.
