It was effective and gave him energy during work out as he used it as a pre work out supplement the source is protein basd and non GMO which is good the texture is thick which suprised us its a sweet chocolate flavor had no issue digestine it, he said he woudl rate 3.5 but more like a solid 4 and he would buy! It's got the perfect sweetness to it, and it's a good size. You also can't beat the easiness of just popping the lid and you're ready to go.
