The fact that this product is dairy free, gluten free and top allergen friendly it made me really excited to review this product. The quality is not there for me. It has a strong chalky taste and it was very hard to consume. In my opinion I feel that if you are used to plant based drinks you might love this product. The nutritional value is a lot less than those that compare. Also the amount per container per calories is a lot more than the other protein drinks that I use.

I really wanted to give more stars, the price is great, the texture isn’t chalky, it’s a little thick but less so than premier protein. My biggest complaint though is how chemically it tastes. I normally stick to fairlife because it checks all those boxes as well, but OWYN was almost $10 cheaper.

I’ve had other brands that taste like a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. This one is also 200 calories and I’ve found some for only 160. Not sure I would try this brand again.
