The protein vs calorie ratio was not bad but the flavor wasn’t my favorite and it was a bit chalky. However I should say that I prefer whey protein.

I’m typically a chocolate guy but this tastes like pure dark chocolate. A little too bitter for my doing. However, my son chugged it and said it was great. So it really comes down to preference. If you are already use to protein shake flavor, I would recommend this one as it is smooth with a strong flavor profile. Just not my cup of protein.
