The taste is really light for a chocolate shake, not that heavy artificial flavor some proteins have. I’ve been drinking it either before or after workouts, and sometimes in the morning when I’m rushing and don’t have time to have a breakfast. Really happy with it! Good taste, nice flavor and texture. It’s just super convenient to have on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprised to find this was a pretty thick shake. I like to throw it in a blender to make it extra frothy and have it really really cold. It makes it seem like a treat rather than a protein shake. It is chocolate flavor and it tastes pretty generic, so sometimes I do like to add extra berries, a banana, or just some peanut butter to change up the taste. I like to split one of these into two days worth so adding the extra ingredients helps me feel full. This is sweetened with monk fruit, which isn’t my favorite. I can always taste the monk fruit and it tastes artificial to me. Other than that it is dairy, nut, soy, and fish free (for those with allergies or sensitivities). Not something I would have everyday but good for those days when I’m more active or just feeling like I need more protein in my day.

It went through me good just fine, but I didn’t find any added benefits from it at all. The protein boost was a bonus, I guess but still I like my protein in steak. Anyway, I guess if you’re healthy food nut that it would be good.

The texture is creamy and smooth with no grittyness. It kept me feeling full for a while. It is very convenient and could be used for a meal on the go. I loved it! I'll definitely be buying more of these.

The flavor is not super sweet, there’s a bit of an aftertaste but it’s not bad at all. The bottle size is perfect for a meal replacement. I had no issues with my digestion and I liked how there aren’t unnecessary ingredients and fillers.

Packaged well, ingredients look reasonable for a shake of this type and the texture was also okay. The flavor is what brings it down overall.

I love mixing protein shakes in with my cold morning coffee or anytime during the day for a pick me up. I live a low-carb lifestyle so was happy to see that this has zero carbs. It has a minimal amount of ingredients which is always great. Plus you can pronounce all of them. I do wish it was a bit lower in calories, but that wouldn’t stop me from drinking them because they are quite tasty. Has a nice chocolate flavor. Not a watery consistency like some protein shakes have. A nice semi-thick consistency. Best part is one shake has 32 grams of protein! Would definitely recommend.

In my opinion it is not as smooth as other protein shakes on the market. It tastes rather chalky and kinda has a weird aftertaste. Not my favorite option out there.
