Came in a soft carton so not durable at all. It smelled good which completely set me up for failure bc it tasted completely disgusting. I dont know how it help w performance or how reliable it is because I could not bring myself to take a second sip. So definitely not my taste at all

It is plant based so it does have that aftertaste but it's not chalky, is a pretty smooth consistency. Also can't be mad about 32g of protein! Perfect for on the go!

Most DF options have maybe 10g of protein, where this shake has 32g. The flavor is good and it tastes great in a pb banana smoothie! I would buy these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this protein shake - especially as someone with allergies, it's comforting to know this brand avoids all of the major allergens. HOWEVER, the taste just wasn't it for me. It was a bit bitter and somewhat medicinal. I had to check the expiration date just to make sure it was still good, that's how it tasted. Would skip this favor but am definitely open to trying more from this brand!

I have been drinking an ultra filtered milk based protein shake for a while and figured why not try an alternative. My first sip reminded me why I had stayed away from protein shakes for so long. This was too thick and chalky. The aftertaste was awful to the point that I was maybe able to drink half before pouring it down the drain. Had I liked it I may have added to my rotation. This shake just isn't for me and I do not have any reason to avoid actually dairy. I will return to my usual. Thank you Influenster and OWYN for the opportunity to try this.

I like the eye-catching packaging design which makes it look high quality. The drink was not chalky like some protein drinks can be, I was also worried it would have an oily taste with sunflower seed oil being an ingredient, but to my surprise it didn't! (Just make sure to shake before drinking it.) Also love that this is Gluten-Free, Vegan, Non-GMO and much more!

I really didn't care for the aftertaste and had to chug some water as it lingered. The 32 grams of protein in a shake is impressive, but I'm not sure the flavor was worth it. If you need a vegan shake, this could be for you. But if you can have dairy, there are much better tasting protein shakes on the market.
