Even though there is no milk, it tastes just like a thick glass of chocolate milk. Delicious tasting and very clean ingredients. The 32gr protein ones are much thicker than the 20 gr ones. High protein which is critical for a diet. It keeps the hunger away for a long time. I will be buying more and highly recommended.

I typically love most products Sam's Club stocks, but this by far, is the absolute worst. The YUCK Factor for me is 90% extra thick consistancy and 10% not so good taste. The thickness makes it almost intolerable to drink. It's seriously like drinking a bad off brand of chocolate pudding. I have to mix it with water to thin it down enough to get it in. I hate to waste it because the health benefit is good and I paid so much for it. I'll suffer through this one pack, but I definitely won't purchase again!
