I like that it’s entirely plant-based. After having a light brunch, this bottle makes me feel full. As for feeling “healthier” or more energetic after drinking it? Honestly, I didn’t notice much of a difference. It just tasted good, that’s all. I guess one bottle isn’t enough to truly feel any noticeable effects. Overall, it feels more like a casual drink to me, a better choice than soda, in my opinion.

One note, I drank it warm after a walk and noticed that the taste was a little different. Not bad just different than the ones I’m used to. I love the amount of protein it contains.
