Plant based protein shakes that are decent are really hard to find, and while this isn't an absolute winner for me, it's definitely in my top three when I need a quick grab-n-go. The texture is very creamy, and I don't get any grittiness that traditional shakes can have. That is thanks to the oil and gums found in the ingredients, but that's one of the things that can't be avoided when not working with whey proteins. The taste is very chocolatey on first sip, but there is a pretty intense aftertaste that I'm not fond of. I have a feeling it's from the monk fruit, which is a sweetener I just don't jive with, but it isn't intolerable. If you chug it quick, you never really notice. But if you like monk fruit, it shouldn't bother you! Overall, it is a good product. Just be aware of the ingredients used to achieve the creamy texture and monk fruit/stevia if you don't like those.

I thought the macros were incredible but I did not like the texture of the shake. I found it unbearable to even drink. Unfortunately this is a pass for me as I continue to search for the best plant protein shake.

They are filling and have a smooth liquid texture. They are easily shakes from the fridge and ready to drink. Had after a large workout and it was a wonderful meal replacement kept me full for quite a while !

When fluids are being closely monitored, as in with a dialysis patient, the protein level per ounce can't be beat. Also, when you or your loved one is not able to tolerate large intake amounts, and every ounce HAS to count, taste and concentration are key to their toleration. The fact that this is “ready to go” and there's no bulky powder to have to lug around and measure, or waiting to get a liquid to put it in and then shake until your arm is ready to fall off because they don't dissolve well, made this an excellent choice.

It’s smooth and has vegan ingredients which can be hard to find. It’s shelf stable but I put it in the fridge bc I prefer it cold. It hit the spot after my work out.

It gives me a full 32 grams of clean protein with zero sugar, which is perfect for my active lifestyle and when I’m tracking my macros. I love that it’s allergen free (no dairy, soy, gluten, or nuts), and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands. The chocolate flavor is rich and smooth, especially when it’s cold it tastes like a dessert without being overly sweet. The texture can be a little thick sometimes, but I just shake it well and store it in the fridge, and it’s perfect. Honestly, it’s a little pricey, but for the quality and clean ingredients, I think it’s totally worth it.

However, I personally don’t like the taste—it’s a bit weird for me. The texture is quite thick, so I have to mix it with regular milk to make it easier to drink. Each container has 200 calories, and it keeps me full for up to 6 hours, which is a plus.
