It definitely has a chocolate taste to it and a tiny bit of that normal protein chalky taste. I am happy that no sugar has been added and it’s naturally sweetened by monk fruit. It is also 100% plant based and completely dairy and gluten free. I would purchase this product again!

Second the packaging: the paper was so think, the liquid inside does absorb slowly to it. Third Textured: it left a weird feeling in the tongue, not confortable at all. Pea protein can often be really grainy in texture but this is pretty smooth and doesn't have the odd aftertaste that some pea protein shakes have. There's a great amount of protein in here and a solid amount pf sodium. I drank this before my workout and it helped keep my vlood sugar stable. It tastes slightly artificial but thats the only detractor.

It also has a gritty, chalky texture that makes it hard to drink, even when shaken thoroughly. I’ve tried many plant-based protein shakes, and this one is by far the most unpleasant in both taste and consistency. For the price point, I expected something much better. Definitely won’t be repurchasing.
