Most protein shakes can be bothersome to my stomach when eating them on an empty stomach, but I had no trouble with this one. The only downside was after which I couldn’t tolerate enough to finish the sample. It was very smooth and probably will go great when paired with coffee.

It’s great to see a product that’s zero sugar and still packed with nutrition — definitely a plus for anyone looking to support their fitness or wellness goals. However, the taste just wasn’t for me. While it delivers on the health benefits, the flavor didn’t quite hit the mark, and I found it hard to finish.
