Pea protein can often be really grainy in texture but this is pretty smooth and doesn't have the odd aftertaste that some pea protein shakes have. There's a great amount of protein in here and a solid amount pf sodium. I drank this before my workout and it helped keep my vlood sugar stable. It tastes slightly artificial but thats the only detractor.

With 32 grams of protein, it keeps me full and energized. Makes it easier to meet my goals without overdoing calories. I just wish it didn’t have sunflower oil or any added oils. That’s the one thing stopping it from being a daily staple.

Alot of shakes are claiming to be keto friendly or for keto. This is the only one without all the processed ingredients that doesn't affect my gout and I've lost 70 lbs with these alternatives. I have a hard time shaking it up to mix up the contents probably cuz they fill the full container. But with it being plant based in surprised that it tastes decent for it being chocolate. Highly recommend for people looking to use for keto and those that are looking for things that don't affect gout.
