It has 30g of plant protein, no sugar, and is free from common allergens which I like. Taste is mild and not overly sweet, works well in shakes or mixed with yogurt. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for the nutrition profile and digestibility. Packaging is good for grab and go.

However, because of the thickness, I did feel like it needed to be watered down a bit for my liking and I didn’t find myself full for very long.

The texture is smooth like a melted shake, not at all chalky. It also doesn’t leave a funky after-taste, nor does it taste like pea protein. With many pea-protein based shakes, you can taste the peas, and I don’t know about you, but I want to keep my greens and my chocolate shakes separate, ya know?! I will definitely buy more of this. I had heard good things about this brand, especially the plant protein version, because it has 32 grams of protein, which is great! I have only seen a maximum of 20 grams of plant protein drink in the market. The texture was smooth, the taste was ok. Not terrible, yet not too delicious either. Which I am ok with, given the amount of amazing ingredients it contained. If you are looking for a drink with higher plant protein content, definitely give this a try. When fluids are being closely monitored, as in with a dialysis patient, the protein level per ounce can't be beat. Also, when you or your loved one is not able to tolerate large intake amounts, and every ounce HAS to count, taste and concentration are key to their toleration. The fact that this is “ready to go” and there's no bulky powder to have to lug around and measure, or waiting to get a liquid to put it in and then shake until your arm is ready to fall off because they don't dissolve well, made this an excellent choice.
