So till now whatever I had, didn’t convince me to have protein powder or milk, but this changed my mind ! Omg it’s so tasty and doesn’t feel like anything I ever had .. I wish there are more flavors but it’s vegan and it’s perfect !!!!! It tastes much better when it’s chilly.

Coming out of the hospital he had no appetite but as his daughter I know he needs nutrition. I got him these shakes and he loves them! He drinks one a day. I feel really good about the ingredients. I had one myself and they are delicious!! They are not think and chalky tasting

Keep in mind that it’s plant-based and it is not based with sugar so it’s not sweet sweet it’s still sweet but it’s not enhance with sugar but monk fruit! I wish I would’ve drank it cold but I would’ve chugged it all the same it really helped with my workout. I was able to work out hard without crashing. Definitely adding this to my list the only suggestion I would give the companies have more flavours. I think the fruit flavours would be good instead of chocolate or vanilla but that’s just a personal preference.

Besides the protein aspect of this, I did not enjoy the taste of it. For a 0 g sugar product it taste like drinking a cup of sugar water. I do get that protein shakes and protein bars are not the tastiest, but I’ve had many shakes the taste better than this. Additionally it has o u certificate that makes it kosher which is great . Ingredients are good it works well for me has a great texture and no after taste. Comes in a nice black bottle that helps against uv damaging which is a plus.
