The first thing that stood out was the taste it has a rich, smooth chocolate flavor that’s not overly sweet or artificial. It actually tastes like real chocolate, which is rare for a dairy-free protein shake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m going to be brutally honest with this review. The smell was the first thing that I noticed, it was terrible. It’s a great idea for someone looking to get healthy, but it’s just not for me. Maybe it’s just this flavor. I will have to find the other ones to try. I do feel like they’re on to something with these (especially with the large amount of protein) if they can get the smell and flavor controlled. Overall, it had a terrible taste and smell, but could be effective as healthy protein if you could get over those two things.

I would assume the aftertaste coming from the artificial sweetener. Although I could see this being a suitable option for a plant based protein shake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nutritional value wise it’s great! I’m vegan and this hits 32g of protein in one meal. I would say it’s a bit on the chalky side but I don’t know of ANY protein shake that isn’t vegan or not. Taste was ok, it’s a lot better cold! Mixing it with ice or a banana in the blender helps manage the chalky taste. Ok would buy if I need a quick filling bite.

Pea protein can often be really grainy in texture but this is pretty smooth and doesn't have the odd aftertaste that some pea protein shakes have. There's a great amount of protein in here and a solid amount pf sodium. I drank this before my workout and it helped keep my vlood sugar stable. It tastes slightly artificial but thats the only detractor.
