However, I personally don’t like the taste—it’s a bit weird for me. The texture is quite thick, so I have to mix it with regular milk to make it easier to drink. It said that the taste was not all that bad but it was kind of good not chalky. Positive notes it’s 0 grams of sugar so people watching their sugar intake this would be a recommendation for them to try. It’s nice and think as well as gluten and dairy free. Just shake and drink! Plant based 200 calories 32 grams of protein. He said he would be interested in trying other flavors due to him not being big on chocolate. So he will be looking into vanilla to try in future.
