I was really hoping to like the OWYN Pro Elite protein shake, but unfortunately, it was a big miss for me. The texture was thick and unappealing—almost like drinking chalk. It also had a strong, lingering aftertaste that I just couldn’t get past. Even though I appreciate the clean ingredients and plant-based nutrition, the flavor and consistency made it hard to finish. I won’t be purchasing this again.

Way too thick for most people who regularly drink protein drinks. The flavor is average. Not overly sweet. There is no unusual aftertaste and for a vegan brand it seems like a nice flavor. Some people are okay with a thick protein drink. I gave my package away.

I appreciate the plant based ingredients, the amount of calories and the fact that it only uses monk fruit and stevia, as sweeteners. I am not a chocolate drink person at all, but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. A great way to add calories and protein in your day!

Worse tasting protien drink I've ever had. I have attempted to gag this stuff down warm, cold, mixing it with other drinks, nope, it's just plain nasty. I know protien drinks are an acquired taste, in fact I like most of the ones I've tried, but not this one. I won't be buying it again.

These looked good with 32 g of plant protein and zero sugars along with no artificial additives so I tried them. Unfortunately- for me - the taste was terrible and they have a very unpleasant aftertaste. I am really disappointed because I really wanted to love them. I even tried to mix them with chocolate milk so they wouldn’t go to waste but even that didn’t dilute the bad taste. I just can’t drink them. Maybe a different flavor might be better but the chocolate is a definite fail (for me anyway).

I have tried countless protein drinks and have settled on OWYN for its outstanding flavor, texture, price, sugar free content, a good amount of fiber, with its whopping protein content. Sodium is a higher than I prefer, but acceptable. I need to GAIN weight and adding these every day has helped a lot, while providing the nutrition.

OWYN plant-based protein drink is silky smooth, not gritty like some plant-based drinks I've tried. I love the rich, chocolate flavor! It's become a fast, easy, satisfying meal replacement for me. I'd never heard of that brand, but now it's my favorite!

The amount of protein gives you that good feeling that adequate amounts do. However I found the texture gritty and the taste chalky. If it’s about health and not taste it’d be a 5 star. Will probably purchase again because like I said it does leaving you feeling good.

I have tried at least 4-6 Protein drinks over the past 10 years, and this is by far the best. It's thick but a 3rd of water thins it out nicely in the blender with ice. There is no bloating gas, and it has filling. I would highly recommend this protein drink, it's very tasty too.

Great product. Great flavor. Least "chalky" of all the protein drinks my family has had. Good ingredients as well. Only thing I would like to see differently is the protein being Organic Soy. I believe soy in its unaltered state is a much better option. Other than that it is genuinely a great product and we do buy it often.
