They changed the formula a few months ago. It is not as thick or full bodied as it used to be. I returned the unopened servings to customer service and the clerk told me that I wasn't the only customer that had returned after tasting. Later I noticed they put a sticker on the boxes stating “ new formula”. Well it seems that they just diluted the servings to save costs. They've lost me as a regular buyer. Hopefully they'll change it back kind of like New Coke.

Excellent product. It's a staple in my diet and has helped me lower my cholesterol and drop significant weight. Perfect for that busy office day when a break is far out of the question yet you're hungry enough to eat an elephant.

I purchased a 15 pack, thinking they would be a good option for me as a non-dairy protien drink. OWYN stands for Only What You Need. The taste was absolutely horrible, it was all I could do to get it down. I took the remaining 14 out of the container they came in to place in the refrigerator, so I am unable to return them.

It was thick with after taste I wondered how did this ever make it to market I took it back to store the first chance I got, just plain terrible.

It's so nice to have a soy free protein shake with great flavor! They quit making mine and I tried this because Sams had it and it's my new favorite!!

This product is quality. It has a good chocolate flavor, great texture, and no weird after taste. Highly recommend if you are needing protein but mist be dairy free.

Owyn Protein was a good value and the taste was OK. It wasn't anything that was an immediate winner. I might buy it again if the price reflects a good value.

These looked good with 32 g of plant protein and zero sugars along with no artificial additives so I tried them. Unfortunately- for me - the taste was terrible and they have a very unpleasant aftertaste. I am really disappointed because I really wanted to love them. I even tried to mix them with chocolate milk so they wouldn’t go to waste but even that didn’t dilute the bad taste. I just can’t drink them. Maybe a different flavor might be better but the chocolate is a definite fail (for me anyway).

I have tried countless protein drinks and have settled on OWYN for its outstanding flavor, texture, price, sugar free content, a good amount of fiber, with its whopping protein content. Sodium is a higher than I prefer, but acceptable. I need to GAIN weight and adding these every day has helped a lot, while providing the nutrition.

OWYN plant-based protein drink is silky smooth, not gritty like some plant-based drinks I've tried. I love the rich, chocolate flavor! It's become a fast, easy, satisfying meal replacement for me. I'd never heard of that brand, but now it's my favorite!
