[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the taste of OWYN pro shake! It was chocolatey & creamy. After shaking it very well there were no lumps it was smooth. Its nutrition is very good. It is 200 calories and 32 grams of protein. I recommend this shake very much.

There is no gritty or chalky aftertaste. It kept me full for a good while, making it a great option for a quick breakfast.

I love the plant based protein shake and the fact that it has 20g of protein, amongst other vitamins and minerals. Being a vegetarian, protein is definitely something I need more of in my diet and this is an easy way to get it. This drink helps sustain me for longer periods of time. The taste and texture were not necessarily my favorite. But love everything else.

With that said though, the thickness was fine, easy to grab on the go and good amount of protein. Would likely be great for those used to less sweet protein shakes, just not ideal for me.

Gives a bit of a chemical/artificial after taste which I didn't love if having it as the only thing at the time. With that being said it does taste decent when drinking. Consistency was good also. Maybe slightly too sweet for me. No after effects like bloating after use. Overall worth a try, but probably not better than my usual top choice
