Lots of protein

Very testy

Too thick and tastes terrible. Tried to give to 2 different friends and they wouldn't drink it. Tried freezing it into popsicles. I didn't like it that way either. Waste of money.

Protein shake

Drink it all the time.

Tasty

Horrible
