[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein shake is pretty thick. Has a good thick package its in. Leaves s bad after taste and makes me nauseous. Has a grainy feeling and does not mix well with other things

I'm sure this is great for you and healthy and doesn't have all the stuff in it that you don't want and does everything that they claim Etc but I got to tell you this tastes like chalk.

The flavor is good but the texture is too thick. I felt like i was drinking pudding. I may need to add some almond milk or mix with my coffee to finish them.
