It has 30g of plant protein, no sugar, and is free from common allergens which I like. Taste is mild and not overly sweet, works well in shakes or mixed with yogurt. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for the nutrition profile and digestibility. Packaging is good for grab and go.

I'm not sure if it's the lack of dairy and soy, or if it is the use of pea protein, by there is actually a "texture" to these that is rather off. That would be workable were it not also for the strange aftertaste. I've used quite a few different protein drinks over the years but none had the mouth feel and taste these have.

I like that it’s plant protein of course. I’m just a regular gal that forgets to eat and doesn’t like to eat in the morning so this is a great replacement.
