[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OWYN protein shakes are 100% vegan, gluten-free, non-dairy which I found perfect for me (allergic to dairy and eggs) and it is non-GMO verified. They’re made with three plant-based protein sources—pea protein, organic pumpkin seed protein, and organic flax oil—for a total of 32 grams of protein. Great protein content and no sugar but although it has zero sugar added I found it too sweet for my taste buds. It has a smooth texture not gritty or too thick. I think the pricing is of good value and this shake can be a good meal replacement, a snack or post-workout shake. Not sure that I would purchase because I wasn’t too fond of the stevia leaf sweetener in it.

This shake is WAY TOO THICK. The reviews I read do not really emphasize on how thick. I had to do a double take to make sure the seal broke after opening the cap because nothing came out when I tried to take a sip. When you hold it upside down long enough, it'll eventually start dripping out. I literally had to squeeze the container to drink the shake. It has the same thickness and viscosity of the white Elmer's glue I used to get at school. My shakes were refrigerated so maybe it won't have this viscosity issue when it is room temperature, but who wants to drink a warm shake?

I was looking for a protein drink without any fake sugar substitutes. I love premier protein but I get headaches with some of the ingredients anything else I would get tasted terrible to me. Finally found some thing that is healthy and nutritious and helps fill the need for chocolate. The vanilla one is great too that I bought from Walmart. Hopefully Sam’s will get more of a variety of flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN Pro Eite Plant Protein shake has some good ingredients in it, however I did not like the flavor of it so to the strong taste of the sugar supplement that was used. The texture of the shake was thick and creamy but I could not get past the taste of it. I would reccomend it to anyone who does not have issues with the strong flavor of sugar substitutes.

The chocolate flavor is rich with a smooth texture, especially when mixed with almond milk, and it packs over 30g of protein per serving. Great taste, strong recovery support, and sleek packaging. I’d rate it around 8.5/10.
