This also doesn't impact me but it's gluten free and top 9 allergen friendly. This is a great little shake. The flavor is also good and chocolately. It doesn't have a bad protein shake or protein powder flavor. I'm a fan for sure. the screw top lid also made it very easy to throw in my work bag or purse to bring with me on a rushed morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time trying something from Only What You Need (OWYN). There's a lot of protein in this small shake at 32g. I always struggle to get enough protein in my diet because I don't eat a lot of meat so this really helps to ensure I get all the protein I need. I also LOVE that this is dairy free, gluten free, and free of most major allergens and artificial sweeteners/colors/flavors. That is a huge win! The flavor is very chocolately and not too chalky. It has a bit of a strange aftertaste, but I find that is the case for all protein drinks. I can live with that for all the good trade offs in terms of ingredients! I will likely repurchase when I next buy protein drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this drink. However, it is sweetened with jack fruit which gives it a bad aftertaste. The consistency was very thin since it is dairy free. It is a heavy drink still that does make you feel full.

It leaves a weird taste in your mouth and it just does not taste like a protein shake to me. Others May really like it it's just not for me.

Overall it was pretty good and I would purchase!
