Oftentimes my busy lifestyle requires something routine, easy, but keeps my energy sustained. The taste was good and on par with what I am used to and helps keep me in check as I begin my weight loss journey.

Daity free is nice because I have had to go less dairy recently and id a great option to meet my protien goals. It does have a sweet after tast that im not sure if I am a fan of.

It has every ingredient which is necessary for us to function properly all day long. Has Omega-3, amino acids, protein and prebiotics in it. Great for workout, as a snack, supports recovery, safe for a sensitive stomach and has green vegetables blend in it also. I honestly didn’t like it, the taste is weird and has an aftertaste too. I was looking for a creaminess and silkiness but instead of that I tasted a too sweet and blend chocolate flavored drink. I think, for these purposes, there are way better tasting drinks.

The bottle it comes in is awesome and the cap twists off nicely making it convenient to carry with you and not have to worry about it spilling. The after taste is a little different but not horrible. I think it’s okay overall.

The size and packaging are convenient for busy days when the body needs a little extra help to recover from a workout. It seems to digest easily even with my husband who struggles with lactose intolerance and follows a low fodmap diet.

I doesn’t have a weird smell. The sweetness is balanced and not overpowering. Convenient bottle, great macros. A tasty, effective way to support recovery and curb hunger.

I personally blended it with other ingredients such as Greek yogurt, or almond milk and that seem to make it taste better. You’re better off buying protein powder and mixing in your own Add-ins.
