However, only 3 g of fiber seems to be the downfall. The smell was OK. It smelled off at first but then when I put it in the refrigerator, it smelt better.

I am thankful that it is easy to use on the go and can maybe be added to a smoothie to make it taste a little better. But overall this is not for me.

It contains 32 grams of plant-based protein, no sugar, zero net carbs, and it’s gluten and dairy free. I do try to avoid dairy because I have a sensitive stomach, and I appreciate that this didn’t cause me any stomach issues. I also feel good about it not having artificial sweeteners (there is just monk fruit and stevia), and I didn’t notice any aftertaste. The chocolate flavor is pretty mild and it’s easy to drink. It’s not as creamy as dairy-based shakes and it’s a bit thinner/lighter in consistency than dairy-based protein shakes. However, it’s a really good option for those who are trying to avoid sugar or dairy.

As a Type 1 Diabetic, I am always trying to find things that I don’t have to use insulin to consume, but anything with stevia will always be an automatic no.

I used half as a creamer in my coffee and it was amazing! The only thing I would change is having a whey protein shake. I like plant protein, but I prefer whey. Super yummy and gets the job done!

It also mixes well unlike some other premixed protein shakes I’ve tried. Sometimes whey protein can irritate my stomach so it is great to have another option. It says zero sugar but it’s very sweet/rich. No chalky after taste, which is great. I’m going to try the brand in a different flavor, because I do love it has 32g of protein!
