I took it in the morning for breakfast. It's easily digestible and doesn't irritate my stomach. The ingredients help curb hunger for hours. I recommend it; it's like a meal replacement.

I'm allergic to dairy, so this is perfect for me! 3g of carbs only! 3g of fiber! Pumpkin seed n flaxseed oil in it! It doesn't taste chalky. It's subtly sweet. I highly recommend this!

My experience I didn’t like to texture so much or taste , very chunky for my liking but my partner did like it very much and expected it to be like that. So it just depends on your taste buds but for me i would not get this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OWYN Chocolate flavored dairy/free protein drink is a great tasting and easy drink to bring with you for when you need a little extra protein! The chocolate taste is very prominent, with a slightly off aftertaste that’s easily overridden by the chocolate flavor. The scent is a normal chocolate scent and there isn’t any foam. I didn’t notice any residue in my mouth afterwards either.

I can’t quite describe what it tastes like but it’s got a bad medicine/chalky taste to it and I didn’t really taste any chocolate. I did like that it has 32 g of protein and that it was dairy free. It’s also gluten-free for those who have a gluten allergy. I would not buy this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drink was smooth and silky feeling but the taste was horrible. The monk fruit extract used to sweeten the drink was so overpowering. I could smell it soon as I poured out the drink, and it was all I could taste. I really wish companies would just use a tiny bit of real sugar instead of all these horrible tasting sweeteners. I could not get past two sips of this because it was so disgusting.

I love this protein shake! It's thick creamy. I am alergic to dairy, so I am thankful for the plant protein option and with healthy sweaters instead of aspertain and it's convenient and tastes decent! This marked off all the boxes for me! Thank you for making this available!
