It has this weird coffee taste that I can't put my finger. I wouldn't call it nasty because I think I just don't acquire that type of shake or flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was very excited to try this because of the packaging and how pretty it looks, the no sugar, and plant based aspect. when I got it opened it up almost immediately (after shaking of course ) and it was not good! it tasted like watered down chocolate with a very bitter aftertaste that kind of taste like the coating on the nintendo switch cartilages. i would definitely not recommend this, i couldn’t even finish it!

Although the health benefits are great 32 g of plant-based protein, and zero sugar no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. The taste did not appeal to me. The texture was also a bit grainy and not smooth like I had expected it to be. I tried it non-refrigerated and then I tasted it again refrigerated and still the same result I would be inclined to try their dairy products in hopes that it would improve.

Definitely a good amount of protein with 32 grams. Doesn’t really have a chalky protein taste but I feel like the after taste tastes like root beer. Had my son try it and he thought the same. Not necessarily bad just a little unexpected. Good texture. Not too thick. No sugar. Overall not bad for the benefits you get.
