It's great for post-workout or as a meal replacement; the texture is creamy, but unfortunately, I didn't like the taste. I added water to try and improve it, but it didn't work. Its price is similar to other shakes.

Neither of us were a fan. I prefer Premier Protein, which has more of a chocolate flavor, although I guess if somebody is vegan they would be OK with this taste

This is perfect for any diabetic and for people who are lactose intolerant. also, it has a nice chocolate flavor which is not heavy and intense. It’s more of like a light. The overall calories are great on this protein is what you definitely need. If you’re diabetic 32g of protein is great. I’ll definitely be looking more into this. Do you still get to enjoy something that’s chocolate full of protein but with zero sugar so it feels like you’re cheating almost but you’re not.

From that alone, I wouldn’t recommend. It was packaged fine. Could easily take it on the go and the nutrient provided a good amount of protein.

However, the texture and consistency was on the thicker side but nothing too bad. I tried it with coffee to make a protein coffee latte and worked well!
