This shake really helped curb my appetite and is great for anyone who needs a high protein diet or is trying to live healthier since a lot of the ingredients are genuinely good for you. I would have preferred a strawberry or vanilla flavor just to mix things up, and it would have been awesome to get more than one, but I am happy I got to try this and share my honest thoughts.

I added some ice with fruit and blended all up. This was was more fuller and enjoyable to drink. It kept me full until my next meal. On its own it was missing something.

I couldn't even drink the entire thing and had to throw it out. Atkins does a way better tasting chocolate protein drink and ill stick with that instead. This is thick and chalky and hard to get down.

Also the flavor taste like a volcano chocolate cake. Hard to believe that this has zero sugar and dairy free. I opened one without shaking and it does clump a bit so make sure to shake well. It's better after chilling it in the fridge. Looking forward to trying the vanilla soon.

It lasts “3 days” after opening which is standard. And I feel like this taste clean because of the packaging and its ingredients zero sugar and dairy-free (which I’m not lactose intolerant). Overall, I’m going to research where to purchase this product because it’s good.

The flavor is good and there were no clumps. The chocolate flavor is excellent. The sweetener is the main reason I did four stars because I wish that it was a bit more subtle in flavor. It could be too strong for some but it was okay enough for me. I would purchase these for a good vegan quick protein snack in the future .
