Not my favorite taste and is a big chalky but it is good for a quick boost during the day! I am a nursing momma so I’m constantly drinking shakes to get some protein in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owyn 32 Pro Elite is a 32 mg zero sugar chocolate shake is not to bad. It’s easy for on the go, opens easy, and taste best if cold in my opinion. It is a dairy free protein shake that is zero g carbs and 7 g fat. I think it’s perfect for the keto diet. It is a vegan gluten free non gmo shake. The taste is chocolate, not thick, but a bit of a weird after taste. Overall I think it’s a great choice.

However my husband liked the taste less than i did and said it tasted too much like protein so if you aren't someone who eats protein bars and shakes daily you might not love it

After drinking the entire container it left a film on my tongue. It did keep me full like a meal which is a huge plus.

I was a little hesitant since it is a plant based protein and I normally sway towards whey protein. It is better than I thought it would be. It’s really thick and heavy and there’s this weird aftertaste. I don’t hate it but I can’t say I love it. Good value if you can grab the 4 pack. It does the trick and is an effective protein shake/meal substitute. Try it! Try all the flavors and find your favorite!
