It isn’t overly sweet and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste a lot of protein drinks have. The texture is smooth and creamy, not thick or chalky, which makes it easy to drink. I love that it has 32g of plant-based protein with zero sugar and is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan. It keeps me full and energized, especially on busy days or after workouts. I wanted to try this with it being on sale, since there’s so much hype about this brand. After reading all the reviews, I sorta prepared myself for the thickness. I love ice cream, so I poured it into a large glass after one drink,so I could make some. I was hoping for a frosty consistency if I froze it. After an hour I checked it. It was still so thick I added unsweetened almond milk to it so it would freeze better. It did turn out a lot better than most of my homemade keto Ice creams, with a very large amount of creaminess. The worst part for me is the stevia. Thats just me though. I will try to figure out something else to add to this the next time. I think if they left the stevia, sunflower oil and some of the thickeners out , it would be a much better drink. It’s definitely doable if you need a filler meal on the go. The thickness consistency is the same as kefir to me, without the taste of kefir, if that makes sense. If you’re on keto and need a little sweetness you’ll appreciate this. I’m going to try it with coffee next. It will definitely curb your appetite. Remember, anything that has clean ingredients in it, is never that good to us !

I’ve had other brands that taste like a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. This one is also 200 calories and I’ve found some for only 160. Not sure I would try this brand again.

He took one swig and said NO WAY. It was overly sweet and had a horrible aftertaste. I tasted it as well and completely agree this is not a product for us.

I knew it wouldn’t be creamy, but it’s very watery and just does not taste good. It’s very artificial tasting. It didn’t curb my hunger for long, much shorter than a non plant based protein shake would sustain me. The packaging was fine. It has a little gritty texture afterwards.
