Some plant proteins have a chalky after taste but this one is way smoother than I expected. Pros: - The flavor is actually good. It’s more of a mild, creamy chocolate—not super sweet, which I personally like. - The texture is smooth, and gentle on my stomach. I usually get bloated with certain plant proteins, but this one didn’t bother me at all. - It has greats ingredients. No dairy, no gluten, no soy, so it’s a nice “safe” option if you’re trying to avoid a bunch of stuff. Cons: - It’s not super rich. If you’re expecting a deep chocolate milkshake vibe, this isn’t that. - It’s a little pricey. Not outrageous, but definitely on the higher end for plant-based proteins. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the better plant-based chocolate proteins I’ve tried. If you want something clean, easy to drink, and not overly sweet, it’s worth grabbing.

I like how the ingredients were plant based which makes it more healthy. It was supposed to taste like chocolate and it somewhat did, but it wasn’t as strong as I wanted it to be, the packaging is recyclable which is a good thing if you want to be eco-friendly! I think it’s really effective for people who want an protein drink that’s plant based. I gave it 4 stars because I don’t really like chocolate and it’s a personal opinion

It does have a lot of sodium, which is good for a intense workout. Thectaste is sweet and chocolate, no chalky taste. It is a bit sweeter than I would like.

The fact that it is 32 grams of protein is what really drew me in. it’s a perfect base for a breakfast shake. I just have to add a little milk to them to loosen it up for me or ice and water in a blender.
