They taste very similar to other ready to drink protein shakes on the market, but I love that they do not contain added or synthetic sugar (they are sweetened with monk fruit) and DO contain omega-3’s. They are free from the top 9 allergens, making them a very accessible choice. The chocolate flavor was tasty and had a nice, thick consistency. I did find it to be a bit chalky, but that isn’t uncommon with packaged protein shakes. Be sure to shake the bottle well, to thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Quick and yummy way to get protein!
