The shake goes well as a coffee creamer or by itself for a protein pick me up. Comparable to other shakes in terms of price and way less of a mess than a powder. No aftertaste! Will buy again.

I have tried many protein shakes in the past, and a lot of them are gritty or have an off taste. This one is completely different. It is incredibly smooth and tastes great, which is especially impressive for a fully plant based protein shake perfect sweetness. I highly recommend drinking it chilled. That is a personal preference, but straight from the fridge and shaken well, it has a really smooth and enjoyable texture. It is also hard to believe there are 32 grams of protein in such a small bottle. You don't need to dirty any dishes if you want to just drink from the bottle. The packaging is great and has a screw-on cap so you can save more for later and out safely back in the fridge. I had this with scrambled eggs for breakfast, and it paired really well. No bloating or weird discomfort afterward either. Overall, this is absolutely worth adding to your diet if you are looking for a high protein, dairy free option that actually tastes good. The taste typically sucks whether it's vegan or not and I have never been able to choke them down successfully. This product had a decent flavor and I could actually drink it. I probably wouldn't drink them daily but they could most certainly be incorporated into a weekly routine.

Unfortunately, the chocolate flavor was not good. It tasted chalky and left a lingering artificial chocolate aftertaste. Also, must be shaken very well before drinking. It might work if mixed with milk to dissolve some of that chocolate taste. In the end, I wouldn't purchase.
