It does contain many different natural ingredients like pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, spinach, kale and broccoli all great digestion, skin and immunity. It does have a chalky taste to it, you definitely taste the chocolate too. It is so sweet in my opinion. And I didn't like that chalky taste. It is not thick in consistency. Overall, this would be great for someone who is plant based and loves sweets.

Less chalkiness than other plant based proteins with a good chocolate flavor. I will be keeping this in my shake rotation.

Other than that, the drink tasted like chocolate milk, and the macros are awesome, as for the ingredients, they're not terrible, I like it but i wouldn't get used to drinking it every day.

It has 32g of protein, actually tastes good, and doesn't feel heavy or chalky. I also personally trust this brand because during my pregnancy I was drinking their protein shakes all the time, so I know how well my body tolerated them.
