I wish that Sam's Club would have this reclinder in a store to try out. If I tried it out in a store I would not have bought it. The stuffing is way too thick for my shoulders, so you have to get a big pillow behind my head to watch TV.

Took a while to get the order due to manufacturing delays but now that they have arrived I love them. Lots of storage space, comfy seats. The only thing that would make these perfect would be an adjustable head. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Good product for the price of sale. It’s sturdy and nice looking easy to assemble and very comfortable. There is one thing wrong with this chair. The storage in both arms would be of great use …IF the arms came out further , it’s very hard to get items out while sitting in the chair and there is 2 huge hinges that will hurt you if you are not very careful..

Bought this recliner on doorbuster special to sleep in after having rotator cuff surgery. It’s been great. Very comfortable for sitting or reclining, stylish in the off- white color, and easy assembly for two people. Only thing I’d change would be to have the control buttons on the inside of armrest.

I bought this about two months ago and wanted to give it some time to write a fair review. The chair cushions are rather hard and not very comfortable. I hoped it would soften up over time but still remains quite rigid. The second problem is the noise. Whenever you recline the chair, the seat cushion and the arms rub together creating a ridiculous sound that echoes through the house. Imagine a birthday clown making balloon animals turned up to eleven. The only reason it didn’t get one star is because it still functions as a chair for now.

Pass on this recliner and get one that is more comfortable with greater range. Lack of lumbar support left my back aching when it reclined and the headrest doesn't tilt like other recliners which helps if you want to watch TV or something in a reclined position. Padding is thin so you don't really feel comfortable sitting in it for very long. Maybe if the price went down to $100 or less it might be worth it but maybe not if comfort is what you are looking for.

Never received the recliner so after 17 days of waiting I cancelled the order. When it did not arrive by shipment date, I contacted Sam's who then contacted Abbison, the supplier. The next day Abbison email to say they did not know why it had not ship but would expedite the order. I never heard anything else from them so after another week I cancelled (Sam's Club was very helpful to cancel and process refunds for the chair and the extended warranty).

It's beautiful, heavy and works silently and perfectly ONLY the back rest is constructed so that if you lean back you are looking at the ceiling. Also, NOT for tall people. I am 5'10 and my feet hung off about a foot which made it wholly uncomfortable. Such a shame! I bought the ivory and it was stunning. I had to send them back as we could not use them in any capacity.

I bought this chair to replace one that broke. The chair is comfortable, but the legs don't reach the maximum height until the chair has almost fully reclined. It is supposed to be a theatre chair but to get legs up the chair is so reclined that you can't view a tv without additional pillow under head and shoulders. If there isn't a way to adjust how quickly the legs lift I'll have to return the chair to Sam's

I wrote an excellent review for the 4 chairs I purchased just over 1 year ago. This week the USB ports on 2 of the chairs purchased quit charging devices. According to google I will probably have to get an electrician to fix the problem. Soon after, the recliner portion will go out also. At this point I will just use the chairs until they completely wear out and purchase something simple.
