I bought 2 chairs when they were on sale, I honestly wasn't expecting them to be as nice as they were. The chairs really exceeded my expectations x's a 100%! The family all fought over sitting in them when everyone was over for Easter! Thanks for an amazing product!

Best Chair to get. This chair is so comfortable I want to die in it. it has padding in all the right places. and goes up and down with ease. the side armrest lift for storage. where you can place anything. would highly recommend. A++ a million times over.

I really like this recliner. Not overstuffed and does not take up any unnecessary space. The seat is firm but not hard. The foot rest goes up to flat before the back starts going back so that is a plus if you just want your feet up. You only need 4 inches for wall clearance for the reclined back. I find the arm rest at a perfect hight. I'm a big girl of average height and it has plenty of room for me.

The main reason I bought this chair was the whitish color. The size is good and not too bulky. Yes it is true that you will need a pillow for your head. If you don’t want to use a pillow this chair is not for you. At first the chair feels a little stiff. Assembly was pretty easy but the zipper was not too fun. I bought 2 chairs but the second one was kind of defective. Sams replaced it and FedEx picked up the defective one. My suggestion is to examine everything before you put it together!

This chair is very comfy and very easy to fall asleep in. Like the cup holders and took minutes to setup. The USB port charges my IPhone from 20% to 100% in 2-2.5 hours. Wow!! The one draw back is the zipper that ties the back to the seat is impossible to do. Tried several times and just gave up. Overall I'd recommend this recliner.

So far good. Will see how long it lasts. The reason for 1 less star is that it doesn't have a mode to fully recline just the feet, and keep the back fully upright. You can "catch" that moment when back just starts to recline and the foot part is *almost* reclined, but it is a compromise.

Chair was a little different than the previous one I bought. The controls were on the outside instead of the inside this time and the cup holders were black instead of silver. But not a big deal. The real problem was that the storage under the right arm is not properly attached. There’s a screw that needs to be screwed in underneath it, so that whatever you put inside doesn’t fall down in the chair. I’m not sure how to get to it without tearing the fabric underneath the chair. I would send it back but it’s too much of a hassle. If anyone else has had this problem please tell me how you fixed it.

Less than desirable communication regarding delivery.. it took a month to receive chairs. Sams and Abbysone actually gave me someone else’s tracking number but I did eventually get the two chairs I ordered. I was charged for the Allstate warranty but never got an email with info… that was another couple hours with Allstate but eventually was sent warranty .. effective date of order not down the road when actually received. Chairs are not really comfortable but they were a good price so will just “make do” with them.They seem well made.. just not really comfortable. I believe I’d opt for the Serta chairs if given a choice. I spent a whole lot of time trying to find out when they were getting g shipped, getting a correct tracking number then only to find no Allstate warranty was on file.. had to upload receipts and then eventually got the warranty.. so buyer be prepared to work for it!

If your are 6 feet tall like I am, this chair may not be for you. 1. Back of chair leans too far back. You need a pillow to prop up your head. 2. Arms from arm rest are too high. It is uncomfortable to rest arms on it. 3. Foot rest is not too sturdy when up.

Left side of chair is not properly connected, wobbles and feels like it will break. When you put the foot rest out it has some problem with the mechanical, it “pops” going up and down due to binding. Sits to low to the ground I am 6’2”. Chair is uncomfortable to sit in, when you slide out the foot rest it should come up higher, instead it slides the butt forward while the headrest tilts your head to face the roof
