Chair back would not lock into position; called and emailed Abbyson the manufacturer and never heard from them. Instructions were not clear on how to "lock" the back

Don't like this chair AT ALL!!! It's NOT comfy!! It sits weird. Your head doesn't touch the back cushion at all. Would NOT recommend this chair to anyone!!!

This is a really nice recliner, very sturdy even though it's not leather it sure looks like leather. It reclines quietly and smoothly. If you are a little on the heavier side this would be a great choice because it accommodates up to 300lbs

I was expecting a white recliner and received a tan color. With no packing slip or information to return it. The description said it was ivory in color not Tan!

Good recliner for the price, comes in 2 pieces, just have to slide back onto 2 brackets and plug in, only issue is not enough head support so need a small pillow or cushion when lying back

Sent wrong color sent back to samstried to get the right color but you were out of stock they would not back order I t I bought it because of sale price I would have waited to get one but was told the only option I had was a refund

This is a nice chair for the price. It doesn't have the soft feel to it. If you are looking for a cushy type chair, don't look here. BTW, it takes a minimum of 2 people put it together. Thanks!

I love it. I have issues with my back and hip and this chair supports me in all the right areas. It being electronic helps me to get in an out much easier than a normal chair would.

Purchased 2 recliners. Nice looking, not comfortable. We thought the chairs would loosen up as they were used, but no such luck. Wish I could return them.
