Bought 2 of these chairs and what was delivered was not the item I looked at in the store. It doesn't have the additional USB ports. It is very uncomfortable. The recliners do not fully recline unless you lift your legs.

I bought this chair when it was a "doorbuster", without grand expectations, but oh boy I love this chair. It arrived about an hour before I came home from work, and my son and daughter (young adults) put it together and had it plugged in and ready for me to relax in! They said it took them just a few minutes to assemble the two pieces. All three of us love it, it's comfy for all three of our sizes, from 5' to 6' 3". The cupholders, storage, and phone charger are all added bonuses. It reclines to a perfect angle, and does not make any "terrible noise" as others have commented. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I purchased 2 chairs in dark brown and the sale price was fantastic! We put them in our basement. Now, I enjoy watching the big screen and being able to relax in style. The chairs are roomy and very comfortable. I will purchase chair covers for them eventually.

The chair is nice. It looks great but It’s firm not cushy. I am 5’2” The seat is just the right length, but my feet are way off the floor. The arm rests are too tall to use. It would be nice if the chair would recline about another 6” and it would be great it the foot rest would rise about another 6”. The storage is great and the USB ports are also a bonus.

This recliner is very firm. I do not find it comfortable. I had hoped for a recliner that would be so comfortable that I would fall asleep in it. This chair is more appropriate for gaming. I have ordered a more traditional, overstuffed recliner from Sam's. It is a high-quality unit, which is to be expected from Abbyson.

I ordered three chairs and love them so far. Set up was easy once I realized to zip the pieces first. The color was exactly as shown. Delivery was quick and the chairs were packed well.

Purchased this chair 3 years ago it still looks like brand new Slept in this same chair 8 months while recouping from reversible shoulder surgery worked great It’s also real leather thanks Sam’s great confront and price

I bought thus at Christmas 2022 and it feels like the seat is sinking Way down, very uncomfortable and hard to get out of but other then that it’s a great chair
