Great value in this chair!

I love the back support with this chair. It was easy to put the back on and it works great. The arm rests are high and I got a sliding tray table so I use the chair as my "office" with my laptop on the tray table. I bought a similar chair for twice the price at a furniture store. The only features that one has that this one doesn't is it lights up and the headrest is adjustable. Save your money and buy this chair.

Good buy but missing parts

We just received two theatre recliners. One did not have washers installed on the bolts that hold the four black feet onto the bottom of the chair. Consequently the bolts were over tightened in the factory damaging the feet. I would rather not return the chair for this, but rather would ask that the manufacturer ship 4 new feet with the appropriate washers and I can change them out. We are pleased with the chairs otherwise.
